Many areas throughout the hotel exhibited signs of neglect, such as outdated furnishings and bathrooms requiring deeper cleaning. Noise levels were also bothersome, with sounds from adjacent rooms easily filtering in during a stay. Sadly, the dinner selection was disappointingly limited—just one or two tedious options each evening, not living up to expectations for a relaxing getaway.

So, I stayed in a Superior Double Room and it was super spacious, really felt like a small apartment! The cleanliness was on point, but honestly, the furniture looked a bit dated. It could use a refresh to keep up with the vibe of the rest of the hotel. The access to a nice balcony was great though—perfect for chilling out. Just wish the overall room aesthetic was a little more modern and cozy.

The resort offered a beautiful space for relaxation and the kids enjoyed the lovely grounds and pool. We appreciated the roomy superior double room, making our stay comfortable as a family of seven.
